How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. The price you see already includes it. Every order ships with tracking, and estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from the date of your order. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs. See our Shipping Policy.
Where do orders ship from?
The Stainless Steel Cable Tie Tool Kit is sourced from our manufacturing partner in China and shipped to you with tracking. WAVELAB LLC is registered in Colorado, but the kits themselves come from China.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Not arrived within 15 business days? Email us your order number and we will help locate it.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships. If it has not shipped yet, we will try to update or cancel it.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
Return unused items within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. Email us your order number and reason first. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item. In those cases, we cover it.
My item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. What now?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Return it following the steps above, then place a new order for the item you want. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
The kit
What is in a Stainless Steel Cable Tie Tool Kit?
Each kit has 1 cable tie tensioning tool and 150 stainless steel cable ties, 11.8 in (300 mm) long. 2 kits give you 2 tools and 300 ties; 3 kits give you 3 tools and 450 ties.
What is not included?
Gloves, pliers and mounting hardware are not included. The ties are single-use once cut, so check the position before you pull one tight. Cut steel can be sharp, so wear your own work gloves.
How does the tool work?
Wrap the tie and feed it through its head, slide the loose end into the tool, squeeze the handles to pull it tight, then press the cutter to trim the tail close to the head (as listed by our supplier). No pliers needed.
What are the ties made of? Will they rust?
As listed by our supplier, the ties are 304 stainless steel, a grade known for resisting rust and corrosion. That makes them rust-resistant, and we do not claim more than that.
Do I need the tool, or will pliers do?
For one or two ties, pliers may do. For a fence line, a gate or a full exhaust wrap, the tool pulls each tie tight and trims it, so you are not switching between pliers and snips.
What can I use the ties for?
Fences and gates, garden trellises, pipes and hoses, exhaust and automotive repairs, outdoor lighting and cable runs, and workshop jobs. On delicate items, build tension gradually, because the tool can apply a lot of force.

Do you have a discount code?
