Orders placed on WAVELAB are fulfilled by WAVELAB LLC and our fulfillment partners.

Delivery time

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date of your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Late or missing packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email support@wavelabco.com with your order number and we will help locate it.
