Refund policy
This store is operated by WAVELAB LLC. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email support@wavelabco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item. In those cases we cover the cost.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
